PRIME TIME SEDAN SERVICE: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Here at Prime Time Sedan Service, we strive to maintain the highest quality limo service level in order to provide the best experience to our clients. We require all clients and passengers to follow and comply with the following rules and regulations:
1. Prime Time Sedan Service requires all rented limousine service vehicles to remain smoke free at ALL times. Failure to comply will result in a $250.00 cleaning fine. Failure to pay fine will result in immediate termination of service WITHOUT any refunds.
2. Sunroofs: No Passenger may stand outside of the sunroof, or place any body part or object out of the sunroof area at ANY time. Standing out of the sunroof is against the law and violators will face fines by the police, and renting client will be fully responsible for any damages caused to our limo service vehicle.
3. Delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, and mechanical problems, and other things of this nature, are not the responsibility of Prime Time Sedan Service. We will do our very best to provide on-time Seattle limousine service, but cannot guarantee service under unsafe conditions.
4. Damages caused by negligence of any passenger will be the liability of the renting client. All damage fees will be charged to the renting client, to include all parts and labor, plus a fee for all down time of said vehicle.
5. Fees for services MUST be paid, in full, prior to the start of rental period, including all taxes, surcharges, fees, and chauffeur gratuity charge of 20%. Extended times for all Seattle limousine rentals must be cleared with the office in advance, and are subject to availability. Rental will not be allowed if all charges due cannot be collected, in full, at time of service. * Payment, in full, will be collected for any "extra" rental time period prior to initiating the extra time period. NO exceptions.
6. Chargeable Time: Chargeable time starts when we pick up at the first location and stops at the last drop off. * Out of town trips will be billed on a "garage to garage" time format (continuous hourly billing).
7. Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of the Prime Time Sedan Service, and Prime Time Sedan Service assumes NO liability for said items.
8. Cancellations are subject to penalties. If a cancellation by the client is made inside of 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of service, a minimum fee of 50% of the total quoted limo rental amount will be charged. NO exceptions. *** Cancellations that are made inside of 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will result in a FULL RENTAL CHARGE, with NO refunds. NO exceptions.
9. Deposits: We will charge the authorized credit card the full amount of the total quoted rental charge (all fees included), at time of reservation. A deposit must be given to make a confirmed limousine service reservation. No holds are done without a deposit.
10. NO alcohol may be consumed in limousine service sedans without a driver partition, NO exceptions.
11. Alcohol may ONLY be consumed by passengers of age 21 and older. ID's will be checked by chauffeur. It is unlawful for any minors to carry or consume any alcoholic beverage in the vehicles at any time, and it is considered grounds for termination of services WITHOUT refund. Any such items will be taken away and all parents will be called to come and pick up minors. Chauffeur will have complete discretion and will notify parent(s) before dropping all occupants in a safe, public area. Local authorities may be involved, if needed.
12. Rough behavior, illegal activities (drug use included) or LEWD ACTS are not allowed in the vehicles at any time, and will result in immediate termination of limo rental WITHOUT refund.
13. Eating is not allowed inside of any of the vehicles at any time.
14. Cleaning Fees will be charged to renting client, if inside or outside area of vehicle is abused. The fees will include all parts and labor, cleaning supplies, and all rental down time for said vehicle. Anyone getting sick inside of, or on the vehicle, will invoke a cleaning fee of ($350.00), and the rental shall be terminated immediately. NO exceptions.
15. Any items belonging to Prime Time Sedan Service, or a contracted affiliate company, at time of rental pick-up that are found to be missing at the end of limo rental, or found in broken condition (glassware, remote controls, electronic equipment, upholstery rips/tears, carpet damage, etc.), will be charged to the renting client in the amount of $25 per glass, $100 per remote control, and market replacement cost for all others, plus labor, plus a fee for any down time for the said vehicle.
Additional Terms:
* All non-airport limousine service rates are based on a Two (2) hour minimum rental period.
* Seattle Airport Limousine Service rates will be on separate flat rate schedule (discounted rate).
* Seattle Airport Limousine Transfer Service: Extra charges will apply for any wait time for
flights delayed past 1 hour of the scheduled arrival time. This
additional charge will be at a rate of $10.00 per 10 minutes.
* Higher minimum charges may apply on Friday and Saturday evenings.
* Friday and Saturday evenings have a Four (4) hour mandatory minimum rental period.
* Extra limo rental time will be permitted at the standard hourly rate for said vehicle, as long as the said vehicle, or chauffeur, is not reserved for prior scheduled appointments for the overtime period requested, and Client will be billed at the standard hourly rate, starting from the originally scheduled "end time" on client run sheet.
* A 20% Chauffeur gratuity will be added to all hourly rates, including additional time charges and any/all applicable fees.
* ALL Seatac airport baggage claim “meet and greet” clients will be charged an additional $10 fee.
* Fuel surcharge of 10% will be applied to ALL rentals.
* Add $10 per hour to rates for pick-ups between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
* Chauffeur will have full discretion to end any limo service rental session immediately if he/she feels that a situation is not safe to continue run due to mechanical issues, weather, road conditions, etc., or, he/she observes client and/or guests of client behaving in such a manner inconsistent with ANY/ALL rental rule(s) agreed to by client prior to rental, or, he/she feels his/her safety is in jeopardy. Client and/or guests will be dropped at end location, or the closest safe drop-off area immediately!! Driver will then notify dispatcher for documentation. NO refund will be given for lost time whatsoever.
