Q: How do I find my driver?

This is the fastest and simplest option for you. Please call us as soon as you find your luggage with the outside Door Number nearest you on the baggage level drive. Q: When will you charge my credit card?
A: We will charge the authorized credit card the total quoted rental amount, at the time of reservation. Your credit card information is taken to reserve your limo service vehicle. You will need to present the same credit card to the chauffeur, along with valid I.D., at time of our Seattle limousine service. Payment arrangements are taken over the phone by our office staff at the time of reservation.
Q: Will I be charged for waiting time?
A: We will always bill the client from the scheduled start time(pick-up) to the scheduled end time (drop-off), regardless if you are running late or not. Overtime charges will apply on hourly rated trips at the scheduled vehicle rate (all overtime must be pre-approved). *Seatac Airport limo service transfer: Extra charges will apply for any wait time for flights delayed past 1 hour of the scheduled arrival time. This additional charge will be at a rate of $10.00 per 10 minutes. We take pride in being an on-time company, so we ask that you inform us of any changes to your itinerary as soon as possible, as our vehicles may have a booking after your run.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Please cancel your limo service reservation no less than 24 hours prior to pickup time by phone to avoid being charged the full rental fee. If a cancellation is made inside of 72 hours prior to the reservation date, a non-refundable amount of 50% of the rental total will be charged to the renting client on file.

Q: Does your rate include the driver's gratuity?
A: No, our rates are a flat hourly rate and do not include the standard 20% gratuity for the chauffeur. Trips made after 11:00PM and before 5:00 AM are subject to a $10.00/hr increase.
Q: Are your rates per person or per car?
A: Unlike Seatac airport limo shuttle services, our rates are per car. The rate does not change based on the number of passengers. A legal maximum number of passengers can apply to each vehicle, so please let us know the size of your party so we may offer you the correct size limo service vehicle. Our drivers will accommodate you as best they can for unplanned passengers and luggage. Thank you in advance.
